Self critique: I’m thinking of getting a poster board and reusing it so there will be continuity in the white space behind the haiku. I’ve put the last two haikus up really quickly and the ridges/bubbles and sloppy cut lines on the white paper are not up to my aesthetics. I can easily make improvements.

Tonight’s practice was like Christmas; new ropes, new outfits and new routines, fun! We will be jumping on November 7th at SeaCompression. More information on the team at www.ropesandsneakers.com.

Brandy didn’t make it out until the last few hours in Chicago and at the O’Hare airport. These are 2 pics of the series that I will be mailing Darla Rae Barry Benson as participation in her wig project.
Logistics:
Top pic: used the timer on camera and placed it on a bench in a vacant unisex bathroom at hostel. I had scouted the location 2 days prior, knew it was a spot to be photographed in.
Bottom pic: asked numerous strangers to assist me at the airport, gave them some direction and let them know that I would not be looking at the camera.

Incognito in Chicago
Sunday night Poetry Slam in Chicago, hot damn! Karen Finneyfrock would be proud (she’s as fine as her verse!). I asked one of my favorite musicians who lives in Chicago if he and his lady would like to meet me there, even more fun! I’m getting excited. I want to get an ipod quick, fast, hurry style just so I can continue listening to Bon Iver, I’m soooo addicted.
I think the blonde’s name is Brandy.
